Museum Passes

THE NEW ENGLAND AQUARIUM PASS IS BACK!  Beginning September 1st, The New England Aquarium pass is available to check out.

REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM: We are not offering passes for the Boston Museum of Science or Museum of Fine Arts. Instead, purchase your ticket from them directly, save your receipt, and submit it to the library. We will reimburse you (by mail) for 50% of the cost of basic admission (i.e., excluding special attractions), up to a maximum of $30. Limit (1) one reimbursement per household per calendar year per museum. PPL cardholders only.

Note: We also offer a museum pass sharing program with our Coop partners. If one of our passes is unavailable, you can reserve or pick up any pass available from Atkinson or Sandown the day before after 5 PM or the day of your visit.

Please don't request a pass earlier -- this is a courtesy extended by our neighboring libraries and they've invested these resources primarily to benefit their own taxpayers and cardholders.

Financial Assistance: Receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits)? Your family is eligible for reduced price admissions at 100's of museums around the country (max of $3 per person). Local participating museums include: Children’s Museum of New Hampshire (Dover), Seacoast Science Center (Rye), and SEE Science Center (Manchester) in New Hampshire, and Boston Children’s Museum, Museum of Science (Boston) Peabody Essex Museum (Salem), USS Constitution Museum (Boston) and Wenham Museum in Massachusetts.
